QUESTION asslamualikum warehmatullah Please let me what know to do with these kind of emails.
Subject: DONT DELETE! IF YOU ARE A MUSLIM! PLEASE READ THIS!
This is true. From Madina Sheikh Ahmed has sent this news. On a Friday Sheikh Ahmed fell asleep reading the Quraan. Then he dreamt the Prophet Muhammed (s.a.w) standing in front of him and saying that in one week seven thousand people died but not even one was a true Muslim. None did what ALLAH wanted. He also said now is a bad time. These days Wives don’t look after their Husbands, Girls go round without being covered they do not respect parents or others, Rich do not look after the poor, they do not give gifts or money or do not give fulfill zakaat. He also said to Sheikh Ahmed make people understand to give zakaat, To do prayer and to keep fast. The day of judgment is near. When There is a single star in the sky, straight away the path of forgiveness will close. The writing in The Quraan will disappear (vanish). The Sun will lower itself with Earth.
The Prophet said whoever reads this news to someone else, 'I WILL ON THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT MAKE HIM A PLACE IN PARADISE, AND IF SOMEONE DOES NOT BELIEVE THIS NEWS TO BE TRUE THEY WILL BE BANISHED FROM PARADISE '
If a poor person gives out this news to other people his/her good wish Will come true. Sheikh Ahmed said if this is not true then my death will Be off a Non-Muslim. The Prophet said 'KEEP FAST, DO PRAYERS, GIVE ZAKAAT AND GIVE KINDNESS TO THE POOR.'
Whoever Forwards this will get his/her reward in three days. One Person Forward it to 40 people he had 8,000 thousand, take prophet in his Business. One Person did not believe this news and his son died. One kept Saying he will forward it today, tomorrow but never forward this News he died as well.
PLEASE DO NOT THINK THIS IS NOT TRUE. PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE!” ANSWER WaAlaikum AsSalam: AlHamdu Lillah, and peace and blessings be upon His last and final messenger and prophet, his family, his companions, those who came after them and all those who follow the correct guidance and refrain from the deliberate disobedience of Allah. I sincerely apologize for not being able to reply earlier, please ignore my shortcomings that are largely due to my busy schedules. Thank you for your question as it shows your care and concern about matters related to your Deen, may Allah reward you for it. Earlier I saw similar chain email forwarded by others. A lot of things in the forwarded email are totally “bogus” and some even against the basic teachings and practices of the prophet (peace be upon him). I advise you to not forward it to anyone, and please advise the source to refrain from forwarding similar articles in the future. It is evident from the forwarded email that the originator either has a serious lack of knowledge of basic beliefs of Islam or deliberately misguiding innocent people. Some of the reasons and logic behind my response are as follows: A) Whatever the prophet (peace be upon him) quoted to have said to this person is already mentioned in Qura’n and the authentic Sunnah. B) The holy prophet (peace be upon him) has no authority to neither build anything for anyone in Jannah nor ban anyone from it. C) Nobody can claim to have received guidance or words from the prophet (peace be upon him), if those words do not appear in any authentic book of hadith, contradictory to any orders of Allah or the practices of the prophet (peace be upon him). D) The only authority to send or ban anyone from any mercy of Allah is The Almighty Allah himself. E) Glorious Qura’n and many of the ahadith confirm our firm belief and also contradict some of the contents of forwarded email. Furthermore, to say that something bad will happen or has already happened to someone who would not forward or believe on this email is absolutely bogus, and must be rejected. An absolute majority of Muslims never convinced, conveyed or practiced Islamic teachings, words of Allah and His prophet (peace be upon him) to others and nothing happened to them. And, now something bad will happen, if they do not forward this bogus email? How was it concluded that any loss of life or financial profit was related to forwarding or not frowarding this email? How about keep forwarding it and become financially independent or even better become mortal and live happily ever after? The email also says; “wives don’t look after their husbands”, may I ask is it not a sign of Qiyamah and direct violation of Allah's orders and prophet's sunnah that a lot of husbands are abusive towards their wives and deprive them of their rights? Allah and His prophet (peace be upon him) made, sent and left everything as a clear guidance and not subjected to somebody’s dreams regardless of where the person was sleeping, or what he was doing before he fell asleep. Saheeh Muslim recorded an authentic Hadith that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said; “He who calls to a matter of guidance, will earn a reward similar to the rewards of those who accept his call, until the Day of Resurrection, without decreasing their rewards. Whoever calls to a heresy, will carry a burden similar to the burdens of those who accept his call, until the Day of Resurrection, without decreasing their own burdens.” I hope this answers some of your questions, I request you to please forward this reply to others as you see appropriate. I seek Allah forgiveness for all of my sins, mistakes and misunderstandings in all matters. I leave you and your loved ones in the mercy, guidance and protection of Allah The Almighty. AND ONLY ALLAH KNOWS BEST. Thank you and regards, WaSalamu Alaikum and Eid Al-Adha Mubarak. Najam
